  • Koole Terminals

    Renowned for its state-of-the-art storage, handling capabilities and strategically positioned in the heart of Rotterdam's industrial hub, Koole Terminals serves as a crucial link in the logistical chain, facilitating seamless storage and distribution of various commodities across the region and beyond.

    Project Description

    A combination of three law, economics and business students conducted in-depth research into how legislation changes in the EU will change the market landscape for Koole’s clients, between 2023 and 2030. They delivered a legal framework and demand outlook analysis of seven European countries. Their results were very valuable for Koole Terminals to remain a market leader and stand one step ahead for their clients.

  • Homerr

    We completed two projects for Homerr, a fast-growing sustainable parcel delivery company focused on minimizing their carbon footprint.

    Project 1: Optimizing Production Logistics

    Four econometrics students developed a new model to maximize logistical efficiency in the packaging process.

    Project 2: Optimizing Delivery Route

    To navigate their fast-growing number of packages, an econometrics student consultant specialized in logistics designed an optimized delivery truck route to double their delivery opportunities

  • Hutchison Ports ECT

    Known for its advanced container handling facilities and strategic location, Hutchison Ports ECT plays a pivotal role in facilitating global trade and efficient movement of goods within their region.

    Project Description:

    Two master marketing students, in the final phase of their study, assisted ECT in their rebranding in Germany by providing advice. By evaluating the rebranding, our student consultants provided input to further improve and finalize this long-awaited project for ECT.

  • SoLarge

    Solarge believes in utilizing solar power to shift towards sustainability. Their solar panels provide an eco-friendly way to generate electricity, produced with low CO2 emissions, free from PFAS, and fully recyclable, ensuring the responsible use of resources.

    Project Description:

    In order to move to their goal of producing 60 GW of solar energy, our student consultants assisted SoLarge with creating a detailed plan of obtaining the needed licensing, considering maximum factory output and redefining their strategy.

  • Corbion

    Corbion is a global biotechnology company specialized in providing sustainable ingredient solutions to the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. They focus on delivering innovative products and technologies that promote health, safety, and environmental sustainability in various applications.


    Project 1: Dextrose Production
    Our student consultants conducted research into the sustainability of dextrose production in Europe: aimed at providing Corbion with insights into the optimal methods for sourcing dextrose as a raw material for its production processes

    Project 2: Hydrogen in Benelux

    Following our first project, the second project focused on providing a recommendation to Corbion on the optimal moment to implement hydrogen into their energy transition.

  • Randstad

    Randstad is a global human resources and staffing company, specialised in workforce solutions, offering a wide range of services related to recruitment, temporary staffing, and workforce management. Randstad connects job seekers with employers and provides staffing solutions to businesses.

    Project Description:

    SCG Rotterdam has an ongoing project with Randstad, implying that we regularly provide them with our student consultants who complete various projects such as customer and employee satisfaction research, data analysis, writing company reports and other data administration.
